This policy applies to information we process for our own website and business, as well as information we may process on behalf of clients through client-deployed Services. A client may provide additional privacy notices governing its own use of information.
Please avoid submitting passwords, financial account details, health information, government identification numbers, proprietary formulas, or other highly sensitive information through a public demo or general-purpose chatbot unless the specific deployment is expressly designed and approved for that information.
1. Information We Collect
a. Information You Provide Through Chat and Forms
When you interact with a Quantum Roof Tech assistant, form, or other interactive Service, we may collect information you choose to provide, including:

3. Client-Deployed Services and Client Data
When a client deploys a Quantum Roof Tech assistant or other Service on its own website or for its own users, the client may determine what information is collected and how that information is used for the client’s business purposes.
In those situations, Top Roof Marketing, LLC may act as a service provider or processor on the client’s behalf. Clients are responsible for their own privacy notices, marketing practices, lawful basis for collection and use, and downstream handling of information they receive.
4. AI Processing, Chat Logs, and Quality Improvement
Chat prompts, responses, and related context may be stored, reviewed, or processed as reasonably necessary to provide responses, maintain conversation functionality, troubleshoot issues, evaluate quality, improve prompts and configurations, prevent misuse, and support the client or user.
The Services may use third-party AI or technology providers to process portions of conversation content and produce functionality requested by the user. Those providers process information under their own contractual terms and technical configurations.
We do not intentionally use public demo conversations to disclose one user’s private information to another user.
5. Demo and Public Assistant Interactions
Publicly accessible or demonstration assistants may log interactions and may be reviewed for evaluation, quality, troubleshooting, and improvement. Do not submit information you would not want processed for those purposes.
6. Analytics, Advertising, Cookies, and Similar Technologies
Our website currently uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel. These technologies and related cookies or identifiers may collect information about visits and interactions, such as device and browser information, IP-derived information, referring pages, page views, and other website events.
We use this information to understand site usage, measure marketing performance, improve the website, and, where applicable, support advertising, audience measurement, or remarketing activities.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their independent direct marketing merely in exchange for payment.
